Local Talent (Pilot)

The Twisted Media team was tapped by production designer Lauren Crasco (whom we met during the pilot of Leverage in Chicago back in 2007) to do graphic design and computer screens for the pilot of Local Talent (known during production as “On We Go”) starring Nathan Lane and Cheyenne Jackson. An amazing experience…and a funny one! The series was picked up by the USA Network…more to come!

Clicksoftware-Commercial

Continuing a long relationship between ClickSoftware and Twisted Media, we were once again engaged to create a web commercial, extolling the virtues of the new ClickSoftware offering, ClickMobile. There were two versions created, a short and sweet 30 second commercial and a longer more graphically in depth version. The Twisted Media team utilized 3D animation, stock video, motion tracking and match moving to create this corporate image piece.

Boss

We did a little work on the hit series “Boss” on Starz during season 1 production the summer of 2011. Not *quite* as exciting as some of our more tech-savvy shows, but a great experience nonetheless.

EGSL: Website

We worked with EGSL to give a facelift to their brand, and more functionality to their website. Starting with a customized WordPress template, we then created 19 narrated movies for key pages, a custom file download module for logged-in users, and a course registration module allowing their clients to sign up and pay for classes. Baker Hughes: Attract Loop

Baker Hughes needed an engaging video attract loop to get people into their trade show booth. Hanging a 16′ wide jumbotron flat-panel display above it, showcasing a 3d animation by the Twisted Media team certainly helped!

Torchwood: Miracle Day

Hundreds of computer, smartphone and high tech device screens were designed by the Twisted Media team for this amazing Starz/BBC production that was based at the Warner Brothers lot in Burbank, CA with shooting locations all around LA. Created by the venerable Russell T. Davies (Doctor Who, Queer as Folk), the sci-fi series stars John Barrowman, Eve Myles, Mekhi Phifer, Alexa Havens, Lauren Ambrose and Bill Pullman.

The Twisted Media team also designed the main title sequence, created virtual sets for the newscast and interview segments, and also worked with the Lion VFX team on compositing the myriad of greenscreen shots.

Leverage Season 4 Wrapped

After an incredible 6 months producing 18 episodes of Leverage, it’s a wrap! This season saw new cons, grifts and characters, and quite a few returning characters as well. Season 4 premiered June 26, and will finish up with the 2nd half of the season starting in November.

The Twisted Media team was quite busy producing hundreds of interactive graphics screens for computers, smartphones and spy devices used by the actors. We also produced quite a few VFX shots for post.
